Hernando County FLORIDA is located approximately 35 miles north
of downtown Tampa, stretching 35 miles east to west and 18 miles north to south.
Bordered on the west by the Gulf of Mexico, Hernando County is considered the
northern gateway to Tampa Bay and is even more convenient to Tampa, Clearwater,
and St. Petersburg with the completion of the Suncoast Parkway a 42 mile limited
access, north to south toll road.
